In Isaiah 14:29-31, there is what appears to be an inconsistency when it reads as though the Palestinians are themselves attacked by Gog: "Do not rejoice, O Philistia [modern Gaza], all of you, because the rod of your striking is broken, for a viper comes forth from the root of a snake, and his fruit is a fiery flying serpent..."A chronology of events can be ascertained in this text. The Palestinians are first struck by Gog, who is identified easily as "the rod of your striking" and "a snake." The Palestinians rejoice over the destruction of Gog, a destruction seen in previous verses up until verse 28, where he is called both the "king of Babylon" and the "Assyrian."
One would think that Gog would employ the Palestinians as his allies in the invasion of Israel, as they would only be too glad to help, and while it is predictable that some of them will support Gog, the peaceful majority are expected to oppose him because, in his invasion of Israel, Palestinian livelihood dependent upon the Israeli economy will also be at stake.
The rejoicing of the Palestinians over Gog's demise brings the times to brink of Armageddon, for Gog's lights are put out (i.e. his kingdom is plunged into darkness) in the 5th Bowl of Revelation, just days prior to Armageddon. At that time, says Isaiah above, another serpent comes forth to put Israel and the Palestinians to more grief, which at that late stage can only be the Orientals who arrive for Armageddon, as per the sixth Bowl of Revelation, to kill the fighters of Gog. Indeed, because the Orientals have depicted themselves as a flying red dragon to this day, they suit the Isaiah phrase very well when it uses "a fiery flying serpent." And so we see that God will pit dragon peoples against dragon peoples for the Mother of all battles.
Indeed, the supporters of Gog at that time are likened in Revelation 16 unto three frogs, and later I'll show that these refer to the Merovingian kings, who were the first Franks. I have discovered that they descended from Pomeranians, who depicted themselves with several dragons on their coat of arms! In fact, the Pomeranians were Saxons, and the latter were depicted in Arthurian myth as a white dragon. After much study (see Part 3 of this book for details), it turned out that the Germanic tribes as a whole descended from an entity that depicted itself as a dragon. Russians and Germans are related, the Russians stemming from the Swedes, the latter being a major Germanic tribe.
It's interesting that the first Swedes (definitely Aryans) claimed (and claim to this day) to stem from the "Aesir," and while that term does reflect "Assyria," there is the possibility that it equates with another group of peoples that I'll introduce below, called the Asshurites.
The Muscovite Russians stem from a mix of Swedish Rus (i.e. the Varangian Rus) and Slav Rus, where both Rus branches stemmed from the Ruthene peoples that I have identified to my satisfaction as the Redones. The Merovingians were heavily involved with the city of Rennes le Chateau, and that city was founded by Redones.
After enormous time spent in research, I traced the Redones to the island of Rhodes, and having learned that it was the island of the sun god, Helios, I pegged the island (and its sun god) as the root of the Rosicrucian (i.e. Rose-Cross) cult. Rhodes was named after the roses on the island, or so it is reported online, which flower acts as a symbol for the Rus for obvious reason, and behold that the Russian god was anciently, "Rod," while his mate was "Rosanica." I believe that I have thus discovered something completely new, that Rosicrucian roots are in the Rus peoples, or, better yet, in the roots of the Rus peoples, going all the way back to the lineage of the sun god, Helios.
The Varangian-Rus Vikings depicted themselves with a dragon symbol, especially on their ships, in my opinion because they knew they stemmed from the dragon sun god (Enki and Tammuz) of Babylon, into which cult I think the early Aryans (of Iran/Medea) became inter-married. The Assyrians, thought by historians to have split from the Babylonians, may just have been that Aryan-Babylonian mix of peoples.
In a Dead Sea Scroll called the War Scroll, dated a century or two after Christ, the Essene cult of Israel equated the sons of Japheth with Asshur (i.e. Assyria):
There shall be g[reat] panic [among] the sons of Japheth. Assyria shall fall with no one to come to his aid, and the supremacy of the Kittim shall cease, that wickedness be overcome without a remnant..."http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/religion/portrait/scrolltranslation.html
The War Scroll shares a mish-mash of Old Testament ideas from Isaiah and Daniel. The topic is Armageddon, and because the text is written as a prophecy rather than an explanation of Biblical prophecy, I deem it to be a false prophecy no matter how many correct points it may share. In the Scroll, what we deem to be the anti-Christ is called "Kittim of Asshur." No doubt, the "Asshur" portion of that phrase is the result of Isaiah's use of "Ashshur" (i.e. Assyria) when referring to the end-time Enemy of Israel.
I don't believe for a minute the contentions of Freemasons, and the like, who have recently been suggesting, with glee, that both Jesus and John the Baptist were members of the Essenes. The goal of such statements is to make Christianity an extension of the Essene cult, and to thereby undermine the Faith of Christians. The implication is that the New Testament writers knew that Jesus was of the Essenes, but were too ashamed to make it known in their gospels/epistles. Ya, sure, and these are the same Freemasons who suggest that Jesus fornicated with Mary of Magdala; I trust that you realize where they're coming from.
Prior to becoming the Redones, the ruling secret-society bloodlines carried the dragon cult to the Greek theater, and there one of their branches renamed the sun god: "Helios." That term was no doubt a variation of "helix," for the Babylonian sun god had been depicted with two dragons intertwined i.e. forming a spiral/helix. It occurred to me that the two dragons intertwined may have depicted the Aryan-Babylonian marriage.
In Greek myth, the wife of Helios was "Rhodes/Rhoda," and the mythical peoples descended from this couple were the historical Gorgons and the Cimmerians of Rhodes (reasoning shared in Part 3). The Gorgons of the Greek theater had stemmed from Caucasia (a region between the Black and Caspian seas), and before that from the Parthians/Medes. The Gorgons of Caucasia were otherwise called "Gargarians" (there are many other variations), and these I have equated with the ancient Georgians (in Caucasia), whom to this day call themselves "Gogi"!! In myth, the Gorgon Medusa was portrayed with snakes for hair, and she clearly depicted a Gorgon-Mede bloodline. She was killed by the mythical "Perseus," he depicting a branch of Persians/Parthians that came to rule Greece for a time.
The Biblical Gog may be called "Assyria" (in Scripture) because God knows that he is from an Assyrian bloodline. It may even be that God is referring to modern Russia as "Assyria," although I tend to think that when used in describing the anti-Christ, "Assyria" refers to a Russian-based kingdom located in the Middle East. The point is that Gog, in being the anti-Christ, is also depicted as a dragon in Scripture, and this harmonizes very well with the blood connection between Russians and ancient Gorgons.
I learned of an historical peoples in ancient Medea/Iran called "Comerians," who split to become the Persians and Scythians. The Comarians are thought to have become the Cimmerians on the north coast of the Black sea, and many historians equate the Cimmerians with Gomer. The Cimmerians are also thought by many to have become the Swedes, wherefore all the Germanic tribes are suspect as stemming from Cimmerians, including the French and the British. But it's too simplistic to view all Germanic peoples as stemming from Gomer and not at all from other sons of Japheth (son of Noah).
Among the Comarians/Cimmerians must have been the Togarmites, for Togarmah was Gomer's son. The Trojans come to mind, who were rooted in a mythical "Teucer." Mythical figures are secret-society codewords for people groups, and "Teucer" certainly evokes the root of "Togarmah."
Julius Caesar and his successor, Augustus, and a few other successors up until Nero, were of the same Trojan bloodline. The Trojans (of Troy) had in turn stemmed from Thracians. Note that "Thrace/Thraco" is the same as "Draco" = dragon. Thracians are thought by some to have been from the Cimmerians, as per the historical term, "Thraco-Cimmerian." There were many Thracian tribes, however, and some could very well have stemmed from other son's of Japheth.
Europe is almost exclusively rooted in Thracian stock. Even main-line Greeks were from Thracians, including the chief god of the Greeks, Zeus. He in earliest times was depicted as a snake, and his roots are in Aryan lands. The historical Tocharians (i.e. very much like "Togarmah" and/or "Teucer") migrated in the other direction from Europe, across Russia to Mongolia, and it is there that the red-dragon symbol of the Chinese is thought to have originated. The implication is that the Tocharians used the symbol for themselves prior to reaching Mongolia. This suggests that the symbol belonged also to Gomer (Togarmah's father), explaining why the modern Welsh claim to descend from Cimmerians while the flag of modern Wales is a red dragon!!
One can now hypothesize that the white-dragon Saxons were likewise Cimmerians, albeit northern ones, and indeed Cimmerians had also lived in Cambria (now Denmark), which they named after themselves, exactly where the Saxons originated. There is another Cambria, afterward called "Cumberland," and it was the home of the Welsh! Cambria in what is now Denmark was called "Gotland" prior to being renamed Denmark, and Gotland was the home of the first Swedes (from whom came the Rus). It is the opinion of some, especially myself, that "Gotland" was named after the Getae tribe of Thracians. Thus, if true, the Swedes were Getae Thracians, and if it's true what some say, that Swedes stem from Cimmerians, then the Getae were Cimmerians. But as the Swedes were a Germanic tribe, one could then hypothesize that all Germanics were from the Getae Thracians.
And wouldn't you know it, but that the Germans had identified themselves as the true Aryans, while in the ancient land of the Aryans, in Iran, there lived the "Guti" peoples! And the Guti ruled the city of Erech immediately before the dragon sun-god family came to rule it, suggesting that the two peoples could have inter-married by their having contact in that region. And in this way the dragon sun god was in part a Babylonian entity, and in part an Aryan entity, or so my theory goes, for I don't know how else to explain the dragon symbol of the Aryans as connects with the Biblical dragon (more details in Part 3).
The Aryan portion of that alliance must be in the god, Tammuz (not his wife, Ishtar) if I am correct in identifying him as an Amazon/Meshech family. This is not to say that the Guti were originally of Meshech blood, for if they were the Kittim, then they were sons of Javan, son of Japheth, for Javan begot Kittim. The land of the Guti was called "Gutium," and this suggests that the Guti may have been called the same by some.
By following these dragon peoples through history, we can trace the bloodline of the Russians and therefore the bloodline of end-time Gog. One could venture to reason that, while ancient Gog (of Ezekiel's time) lived in Magog, he was of the Gomer bloodline; Ezekiel 38 includes Gomer as one of the bands of Gog, after all. However, I have reason to believe that the dragon ("mushus" in Babylonian/Sumerian tongue) was named after the Meshech peoples, Meshech likewise being a son of Japheth, and likewise mentioned in the Ezekiel-38 prophecy. And I am convinced that the ancient Gogi were in part Meshech blood, and in part Gorgon blood, so that I distinguish between the Gogi and the Guti.
It has been reported by at least one ancient historian that the Gargarians of Caucasia intermarried with the Amazons of the south-eastern Black sea region. Having personally identified the Amazons as the Meshech (details Part 3), I came to realize that the Gogi of Ezekiel's day were likely part Meshech blood. I then learned that the Amazons of north-Africa were called "Tamazons," and with that I made the connection even stronger between they and Tammuz the dragon sun god. "Tammuz," or "Dumuzi" the Babylonian version, appears to have "mushu/mushus" (i.e. snake/dragon) as part of its name.
It is the Romans whom the Bible depicts as a Dragon Beast, with Gog becoming the ruler of Rome eventually. In this sense, it is not Gog himself that is depicted as a dragon, but rather the empire that he comes to rule. Still, because the Dragon is more-literally Satan, while Gog as the anti-Christ is portrayed (by the Bible) as somewhat Satan-incarnate, Gog should likewise be viewed as a dragon.
It's likely that Gypsy lines (from Gyppe, Greece) put forth the Romans. The controversial book of Jasher, even if it be a counterfeit title (i.e. not truly the Biblical book of Jasher) as some assert, says that "the children of Chittim are the Romim who dwell in the valley of Canopia by the river Tibreu." The Romim here are the Romans simply because the Tiber river runs at Rome. Both the Gitan and Roma branch Gypsies come forcibly to mind.
While Gypsies are often thought of as poor, wandering thieves, trickster merchants, and musicians, even as Hermes is portrayed in myth, yet the Romans portrayed their Mercury (that term furnished "merchant") as being wealthy in commerce, and in fact Mercury is called the god of commerce. And when we think of men rich from commerce, the world-ruling class, especially the Illuminati, comes to mind.
Kittim plays an important role in the end times by stopping the advance of the anti-Christ (i.e. Ezekiel's Gog) into Israel by the use of her ships (see Daniel 11); this must be referring to the huge military ships of the revived Roman empire i.e. the EU...telling that the Kittim will be a superior world power in the last days.
The book of Jasher, in chapter 17, also says: "when the Lord had scattered the sons of men upon the face of the earth, the children of Chittim went and embodied themselves in the plain of Canopia, and they built themselves cities there and dwelt by the river Tibreu" (quote available online). But in the next sentence we read: "And the children of Tubal dwelt in Tuscanah, and their boundaries reached the river Tibreu." This is an obvious reference to the Etruscans of Tuscany who lived north of Rome. The Chittim are equated by the Book of Jasher to the Latins, and later I'll show that Latins and Etruscans stem from the mythical dragon, Ladon, but also from Lydia, all Gogi peoples.
Now it seems obvious to me that this "Book of Jasher" is a counterfeit, written by occult/Kabalistic Hebrews; their purpose in mimicking Scripture was to pass off their beliefs to the world as God's word. None the less, we see something of how the Kabala viewed history, and it would appear that they had reason to equate the Kittim with Rome.
I think it possible that the Scandinavian war god, Tyr, refers to the Rosh/Rus, for Jasher chapter 10 says "the children of Tiras are Rushash." It's probably due to the fact that the Book of Jasher equates Romans and Kittim that the Septuagint substitutes "Romans" where the Hebrew Bible uses "Kittim," in Ezekiel 38. The ancient Hebrews who wrote the Septuagint were not likely making a scientific observation when they made that link, but, rather, the writers had interpreted Daniel 11:21-31 as being fulfilled by Antiochus IV, who, because he was checked in his Egyptian invasion by Roman forces, gave the Septuagint translators (not to mention the Essenes) the idea that the "ships of Kittim" were those of the Romans.
We must be careful here, for God may not have been writing about Antiochus IV at all (in Daniel's King-of-the-North prophecy). On the other hand, if the prophecy has a double fulfillment, as many suggest, then indeed the Kittim may be the Romans i.e. both in the days of Antiochus, and in the end times. I myself am of the opinion that the end-time anti-Christ is Tied (by God) to a prophecy concerning the Seleucids because he will repeat much of what the Seleucids did. Assuming that it's correct to make the Kittim-Rome link, then, as Julius Caesar confessed that he and his fellow Romans were descended from Trojan blood, the Kittim would likewise have been from the Trojans.
Greek myth has the Romans stemming from a marriage between Helios and Perse, from whom was born Circe...en route to bringing forth the Romans/Latins. Circe depicted the Caucusus mountains ruled by Gog, for those mountains are/were also called "Circasia," and in fact "Circe" seems to be a variation of "Gorgon/Georgian." Note that Helios and Rhoda were said to gave birth to "Kerkaphos" (ignore the "phos' suffix), no doubt the extension of Circe peoples.
It seems obvious now, since Trojans stemmed from Thracians, that the Kittim were the Getae branch of Thracians. I would therefore claim that Romans were Getae Thracians, and that the latter furnished also the Swedes/Russians. At least in part.
This is possibly of great importance when we see that Ezekiel 38:13 uses the phrase, "ships of Kittim." While that phrase is thought to refer to a coastal region off Turkey or Syria because some identify Chittim/Kittim as the island of Cyprus, there may be another picture drawn when we view the Kittim peoples as the Romans. The phrase may then be understood as the "ships of the Romans." There were no "Romans" (as they came to be known) in Ezekiel's day, wherefore "Kittim" may have been the natural means of identifying them if in fact that's what they were. End-time Kittim may therefore be viewed as all of Europe, essentially, and in fact some authorities have viewed the term in just that way.
Those who view the term as depicting Cyprus may be wrong, since that idea stems from a city on Cyprus called "Kition." That is, it may be a pure coincidence that the two terms are so similar. "Kittim" would reduce to the Jewish singular form of "Kit/Kitt," since in Jewish "im" is a pluralizing suffix. And since "ae" is a pluralizing suffix in Indo-European (i.e. Aryan) languages, the Kittim and the Getae may have been the same peoples.
It's interesting that in Ezekiel 27's list of peoples, where Sheba and Asshur are listed, "Eden" is also included. This people would not at first sight be taken for those who lived at the Garden of Eden, for all the listed peoples are in Syria or Turkey while Eden was in Babylonia/Sumeria (where the Tigris met the Euphrates, says Genesis). It's interesting because I found another historical name for the Getae: the "Edones" (also found in Thrace at one point). After realizing that the Getae did become the Jutes (of Gotland), I then learned that the term "Jute" had been corrupted to "Eotones" in having had it's "J" removed, wherefore I understood that "Getae" corrupted in the same way (i.e. with the "G" dropped), and where the "ae" plural is likewise alternated with the "ones" plural, would become, "Etones/Edones."
The point is, it may very well be true that the Getae/Edones of Thrace stemmed from the Garden-of-Eden region, since the Guti (who became the Getae Thracians) had lived/ruled precisely in Babylonia/Sumeria. In fact, the Guti ruled at Erech (Uruk on this map of the Middle East; click it's arrow-icon to enlarge it), a city between the Tigris and Euphrates very near where the rivers meet (keep in mind that the two rivers must have joined at a different location prior to the Great Flood as opposed to after the Flood). To this I should add that the chief god of the Germanic tribes was, "Odin." And he was the chief of the Aesir pantheon of gods (i.e. there are no gods, of course, but in the real world, Odin was codeword for an early and highly important branch of the Aesir bloodline).
In the first book of Maccabees, Kittim is tied to Alexander the Great, a Macedonian by blood. In that book, Macedonia is called the "land of Kittim." This is very interesting because the book of Maccabees was written after Antiochus IV, at which time other Jews identified Kittim as the Romans, precisely because Antiochus was opposed by the Romans. It has been said that the first Roman rulers beginning with Julius Caesar were of the bloodline of Alexander, and while I have yet to look into this and report back to my readers, I personally have had the gut feeling for quite some time that the primary rulers of all four "beasts" (i.e. empires) of Daniel were related by blood: the bloodline of the dragon sun god. For I am of the opinion that God granted Satan that bloodline through which he could rule the Earth (until Jesus comes to put out his lights).
The origin of the ancient term, "Makedones," remains a mystery to historians. I have read that the "Mak" portion of the word means "great," as per the Greek term, "mega" (caution here because "mac" means "son" in other languages, not Greek). Therefore, "Makedones" should be understood as Mak-Edones, and suddenly the Edone Thracians come to mind. They were also known as the "Edonians," but that version harmonizes with the alternative that we are familiar with: "Macedonians." It is said that Alexander's mother traced back to Trojan blood.
So, if the Macedonians were Mak-Edones, while "Edones" is a variation of "Getae", it would seem absolutely true that Macedonians were Kittim if indeed "Kittim" is a Jewish variation of "Getae."
The German historian, Tacitus, wrote that the Sitones (living in the face of Scandinavia) were identical to the Swedes accept that the Sitones had female rulers (sounds like a branch of Amazons/Meshech). But behold, Strabo said that part of the Edones were called "Sithones." Therefore, I'd say confidently for this and other reasons that the Swedes and their chief, Odin, were rooted in the Edones, this then being the root of the Moscovite Russians as well (because they stemmed in part from Swedes). And if the Swedes and Edones were in fact Meshech peoples, then it would indeed seem to be true that "Moscow/Muscovi derives from the term, "Meshech" ("Mushki" in Assyrian) as many Biblical scholars suggest. Moreover, it is known (Britannica agrees) that the Meshech were Phrygians, and so note that Odin's wife was made "Frigg."
I'm saying all this to show that mythology is extremely useful in tracing the history/migration of people groups, and to that I want to add that peoples (such as the Edones) whose history is put in myth form are good candidates for being part of secret-society bloodlines (otherwise why use myth at all to hide their history from the masses?). This reasoning spurred me to create Part 3 of this book in hopes that I could trace the Dragon bloodline and make sense of Satan's power structures as handed to him by the one true God. Of course, end-time Gog steps right into those power structures, and becomes their symbol (i.e. the Image of the Beast).
As Gog's second invasion into Egypt is checked successfully by Kittim's European ships, how does he manage to invade Israel instead? He first goes home to think it over. And where does he go home, anyway? Ezekiel supports the idea that he returns to Magog, not Mosul/Iraq, for Ezekiel tells that, when Gog comes against Israel, he will come from the "recesses of the north" (i.e. the very far north), a phrase that doesn't fit Iraq very well, especially as even the northern shores of the Black sea were inhabited in Ezekiel's day (by Cimmerians, Tocharians, and Scythians, for example).
The location of Magog is in dispute, some suggesting Caucasia only, others to the north of it in what is now Russia, and others both of the above. "Gog" is thought by some to have been a variation of "Cauc," and indeed the Gogi did rule in Caucasia, at Gogarene, in the vicinity of the Meshech and Tubali, where we still find Georgia today. The trick is to discover what the Gogi of Caucasia were called on the north shores of the Black sea. "Magog" does not mean "land of Gog" as so many assert, for "Magog" was a man's name (Japheth's son); it may be that the original Gogi descended from a Magog tribe...but in any case they could have inter-married with other descendants of Japheth, especially the Meshech since they were the rulers of the Meshech (according to Ezekiel 38).
Compare an interesting phrase in Ezekiel 39:2 with a phrase in the Daniel quote above. The Ezekiel phrase reads, "And I [God] will turn you [Gog] back, and lead you on. And I will bring you up [to Israel] from the recesses of the north." The LORD will play yo-yo with Gog. If the man won't know what to do to solve European opposition to his plans, it won't matter, for God makes him come back to Israel anyway, by making him believe that he can plunder the nation successfully.
There's a yo-yo event in Daniel too, in verse 30, which says, "And he shall be grieved, and turn, and be furious against the holy covenant. And he shall act, and will turn, and will regard those forsaking the holy covenant" While the Daniel text doesn't reveal that it is the Lord who turns him around, the Ezekiel text does. The problem is, I can't say whether the two instances of turning in that Daniel quote are the same event mentioned twice, or two separate turnings. It may be that the two sentences are expressing the same three points (of the same event) in two different ways. That is, he is first grieved and therefore acts against Israel militarily (for the second time), after which he turns away to his own land (for the second time), and from there he in fury/passion seeks out many fighters who oppose Israel...for a third return to Israel.
In the phrase, "it will not be as the former or as the latter," the "former" refers to the first invasion of Egypt, and the "latter" to the first military stab against the Holy Covenant. Both the "former" and the "latter" are revealed to be successful in that both are contrasted with the anti-Christ's failure here in his second strike on Egypt and Israel. Therefore, when he returns to his own land for the first time, after the first strike, it's not a retreat due to his being unsuccessful against Israel. But if not, why will he retreat to his own land rather than carry on with a campaign in which he's winning?
My take is that he wants to crush Israel, not merely win a skirmish against her, and he doesn't want to push his luck against her while in the face of Europe...until he has strong enough support to do so. He goes home to count his money, to build his army. He comes back and loses because of Europe's opposition. He goes back home furious, re-counts his money, re-examines his support (perhaps worldwide), and re-invigorates his soldiers. Think Hitler, speaking to his people with great passion, to make them see the world as he saw it. Think strong face, resolute, confident, arrogant, brazen.
Now look at what Daniel says concerning that plan to find sufficient support for crushing Israel. Instead of calling out for those who are already anti-Israeli, since these he already has firmly under his command, he calls out for those who "forsake" Israel. This can suggest that he will attempt to convert the masses, especially European rulers, who had previously supported Israel, to urge them to betray Israeli interests. Will the American False Prophet be one of those converts? It may be that the two will work together to convince many in Kittim that their way is the only solution to the world crisis: abandon Israel.
Behold. When Gog does come southward again very near mid-Week, he comes with hordes of official soldiers i.e. not merely civilian fighters/terrorists donning aged rifles and running shoes. For Ezekiel 38:4 tells us that he comes to cover the mountains of Israel with hordes "dressed most perfectly." That sounds like official military to me rather than paramilitary terrorists without uniforms...not at all meaning that he won't also have the latter. And so the question is, will these be soldiers from Kittim as well as from Russia? Are the Europeans the "Gomer" and (his son) the "Togarmah" of the Ezekiel-38 text?
Contrary to what others say, I'm not convinced that Togarmah refers strictly, or at all, to Turks, for Ezekiel places Togarmah in the far north (with Gog), and for that reason would better refer to the Tocharians north of the Black and Caspian seas. In Christian centuries, the Tocharians proper were in Russia but easterly so, in the face of China. However, they had western counterparts called by other names, the languages of whom are collectively called "Kuchean." Strabo described the "Tochari" as a major branch of Scythians in the vicinity of the "Massagetae" Scythians east of the Caspian and due north of Aria (original home of the Aryans). Are the Massagetae to be understood as Massa-Getae, and were these the ancient Guti (Aryans of Iran) en route to becoming the Getae of Thrace??? Note that Strabo's use of "Tochari" is essentially identical to the Greek-myth term, "Teucer," the patriarch of the Trojans. The Tocharians, though classified as Aryans, did become Turks, and perhaps the Turks are strictly the descendants of the Tochari, but notice how the terms Trojan, Turk, Thraco, and Togar are similar enough to have had a common blood root.
Even as the western Tochari language, Kuchean (the root of which looks like "Kok") was associated with the Ugor tribes of Turks, and as the Turks proper were first called "Kok-Turks/Gok-Turks," there was in far-north Russia an Aryan peoples called "Ugrians" that I think is a corruption of "Gogar" (the Caucasian locality of Gogarene was called "Gogar" in Assyrian). The Turks therefore appear to be the Tocharians and the Gogi after centuries of inter-marriages in the face of China. Therefore, the Togarmah of the Ezekiel-38 text may not necessarily be citing Turks, at least not so much as the western Tochari...i.e. the Ugrians (the Magyar/Magi tribe of Aryans who became the Hungarians) and/or various Trojan descendants.
Of course, note how "Magyar/Magi" resembles "Magog." Strabo said that part of the Edones was called "Mygdones." In other words, can we identify the Mygdone sector of the Edones as the proto-Macedonians, and should we therefore look to end-time Macedonians for playing a significant role in end-time events? Should we trace ancient Macedonians to the present day, and will end-time Gog be of Macedonian blood roots? What do we make of this online statement concerning the infamous Cleopatra (VI): "The Seleucid blood in her veins was Macedonian, with a slight Persian admixture, not Syrian." Were all Seleucids, therefore, Macedonians? Can we trace Gog's blood back through the Varangian-Rus Swedes, then to the Macedonians, and even further back to the Sithone and/or MygEdone branches of the Edones?
Funny, too, that Armageddon, when the "Ar" is removed, looks like "Mygdone." Indeed, as "Armageddon" means "mountains of Megiddon, where it is the "Ar" portion that means "mountain," the root of "Armageddon" is therefore "Megiddon." I realize that Megiddo is in northern Israel, but might that land have been named by proto-Edones? The first mention in the Bible is when Joshua gave the Israelites many lands, one of them being the land of the "king of Megiddo." In the list of those defeated kings (Joshua 12), there is also a "king of Makkedah." There is also the "king of Dor," and to that I must add that Macedonians are thought to stem from, or in any case are known to rule alongside with, the "Dorians"!
The Hurrians were some of the most-ancient Aryans (note the resemblance between "Hurrian" and "Aryan"), and among them were the major tribe of Mushku/Mushki (yes, the Meshech and likely the Muscovi), the Guti, and the Manneans. The Germanic tribes are collectively tied to a mythical "Mannus," and he I identify as the Manneans of Mannae, no doubt the Biblical Minni, thought to be Armenia, for even "Germania" looks like a variation of "Armenia" ("mountain of Mannae?). And as Germanics are said by many to be largely of Gomer, read this online quote: "According to one Assyrian inscription, the Cimmerians (Gimirru) originally went forth from their homeland of Gamir or Uishdish in "the midst of Mannae" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mannaeans).
In Mannae was the Cimmerian city of Gomara, and here, off the southern slopes of the south Caucasus range, the Cimmerians lived for a time having come from Iran/Medea, and while migrating to the north shore of the Black sea. I would assume that since the Cimmerians are connected to the Thracians by various ancient historians, that they became the Thracians en route to becoming the Germanics. Or, at least, some of the Thracians. And since the sons of Gomer were Togarmites, I would suggest that the Trojans stemmed in large part from the Cimmerians. Germans didn't call themselves by that name but rather used "Deutsch," said to be derived from the father of Mannus, the god Tuisto." But I take note that the Getae Thracians called themselves "Dacia" when moving west toward Germany.
Although I'm not fully convinced of it, the Guti are said to have been alternatively called "Gardu" (ancient Kurds), and for this reason it is thought by many that the modern Kurds stem from the Guti. Note that the Aesir gods of the Germanics lived in mythical "Asgard." Assyrian Gardu, perhaps?
Other Scandinavians aside from the Swedes connect themselves to the Vanir pantheon of gods, which I gather refers to Lake Van of ancient Armenia, and the capital of the Urartu empire. These Vanir, instead of evolving into Germanics, I see as becoming the Veneti (proto-Venice) of northern Italy; they then furnished the Danes, the Vandals, the Slav Rus, but also the Romans and therefore the Trojans; they are no doubt included in the Roman-myth codeword, "Venus."
The Cimmerians, having ruled at Lake Van for some time, over/alongside the Rusa kings of Urartu (same as "Ararat"), must have been of the Vanir sect of Scandinavian gods. The Rusa kings, who may certainly have belonged to the "Rosh" of Ezekiel 38 (because they ruled near the time of Ezekiel), were possibly of the Aesir pantheon of Gods, for it seems sensible to equate the Rosh with the Rus and therefore with the Varangian Rus (i.e. Swedes). Connecting the Cimmerians in this way to the Veneti is supported by the historical fact that the Welsh were Cimmerians while being called "Venedotia" and having originated earlier from Vannes, Brittany, a Veneti colony. In all of the mish-mash of intermarriages that went on for centuries, one thing I have deduced with confidence is that both houses of Scandinavian gods were from Armenia.
Gogarene/Gogar was in Armenia.
The point is that when Ezekiel mentions Gomer and other descendants of Japheth, He may be referring to European nations, not peoples that are to this day in the Caucasus region, as some prophecy writers insist. In fact, some writers insist that Gog should belong to the modern Caucasus region, and not to Russia.
The Lord brings end-time Gog to Israel with a delusion, saying, "and I will turn you back and put hooks into your jaws" (Ezekiel 38:4 calls). In Isaiah 30 -- where Gog is "Assyria" -- the delusion is likened to a "misleading bridle on the jaws of all the peoples" (v 28).
And so Gog comes back for the third time, now to surround Jerusalem with Iranians, Libyans and all of his "many peoples" listed in Ezekiel 38, with whom he partakes in an anti-Israeli war covenant (that phrase, "many peoples," is found in Ezekiel 38:9, and it mirrors "the many" of Daniel 9:27). But if he comes with Europeans as well, then shouldn't they also partake in the anti-Israeli covenant? Since Europeans by and large have repeatedly sided with Israel on this critical issue, I expect them to forsake Israel at Gog's instigation.
It's okay to weep for Israel, and to celebrate the destruction of Gog.
[Update May 2008 -- I traced the Biblical dragon to a mythical "Ladon" dragon which in ancient time depicted the Lydians in their evolution to becoming the Latins. While the Lydians were a major branch of Trojans (i.e. Aryans), I was also able to connect them to the very formation of Muslims in Mosul. If that's not enough, I traced Lydians to the Laz Caucasians living among the Bat Caucasians (e.g. the city of Batumi), and in finding that the Bat peoples were key to the very foundation of the Trojans, it is conspicuous that they evoke "Baath." I discovered that mythical Teucer, father of the Trojans, was a codeword used by the dragon cult to depict Togarmites living in Lydia, while Teucer's daughter, Bateia, was codeword (i.e. not a real person) to depict the Caucasian Bat peoples (also moved to Lydia). En route to Lydia, the Ladon/Laz peoples moved from Caucasia to Tyre (anciently "Tyrus"), explaining why "Troy" was at first "Tros." It also explains why the devil is depicted both as Gog and as the king of Tyre in the book of Ezekiel. Trojans were Thracians, and the very term, "Thrace" (anciently "Thrako") derives from "Draco." I'll add that the Laz Caucasians were allied to the Caucasian Rus ("Hros" in ancient times) named after the Aras river, and that "Aras" is also "Arak," evoking the makings of "Iraq." Moreover, some feel that "Iraq" derives from "Uruk" (Biblical Erech), the original home of Ishtar, anciently called the "ama-usumgal-an-na," transliterated as "mother dragon great heaven," and translated various ways, my take being "great-mother dragon of heaven" or "great mother of the heavenly dragon." It is my opinion strongly that Ishtar was the epitome of Revelation's "Babylon the Great Mother of Abominations." In Lydia, the Ishtar cult was encoded, "Rhea," mother of the Zeus-branch Trojans. Zeus was "Taurus" in Tyre probably because "Taurus" was a version of "Tyrus." Tyre (or more accurately, Europa, princess of Tyre) is depicted in myth as riding on the back of Zeus in the form of Taurus the bull. Sound familiar? Babylon the Great rides on the back of the dragon in Revelation 17. It is believed by most that Babylon the Great, in her end-time setting, depicts Rome, wherefore it becomes very important that Latins (i.e. Trojan Lydians) contributed to the makings of the Romans. Myth even has Latinus, codeword for the Latins, originating in Circe, the latter being, in my opinion, Circasia, another word for Caucasia. The Italian region of Latium is "Lazio" in Italian, making more certain that Latins were from the Laz Caucasians. Moreover, Lydians were also the "Lasonii." Ishtar was also codeworded, "Cybele" in Lydia, and so we find that the Lasonii were one with peoples called "Cabelees." One important ruler of Lydia was named "Gyges/Gugu, and as his mythical father/codeword was made "Dascylus," they likely depicted the realm of Tusculus in northern Lazio (on the border of Tuscany, home of the Etruscans, also from Lydia). Note the "trus" in "Etruscan." These were the peoples devoted to a very real Satan, who are among us in countless entities to this day. It was the purpose of God to give them world rule until they should prove utterly unworthy. They are the cause for Armageddon.
My suspicion is that the dragon cult stemmed from Dor in southern Phoenicia, smack beside Megiddo (Armageddon is named after Megiddo). I trace "Taurus" to "Dor" as well as Tyrus to its north, and ultimately I trace the dragon cult to the Dorians, major founders of Macedonia; note how "Macedonia" evokes "Megiddo." Alexander the Great was a Macedonian, and directly from Alexander's Greek empire stemmed the Seleucids, the forerunners to the anti-Christ. The Ladon-dragon cult in Greece can be traced via mythical Daphne, for her father was not only made "Tiresias," evoking Tyrus, but another myth writer made her father "Ladon." The city in Syria that was once named Daphne/Daphnis (after the goddess) was re-named Antioch i.e. the Syrian capital city of the Seleucids!
I traced the Armeno-Phoenician peoples of Daphnis to a mythical seven-headed dragon of Syria called "Lotan." Daphne was a depiction in myth of a branch of Apollo, and so we find Apollo on the back side of a coin minted by Antiochus IV, a major Seleucid character that is a type of end-time anti-Christ. Apollo was also the god of the dragon-line Roman Caesars, starting with Julius and Augustus, not to mention that Augustus worshiped Ledo, mother of Apollo, who in my opinion was codeword for the Lydians. Apollo in turn was from the ancient "Hyperboreans," meaning "far northerners," and for that reason I peg him as depicting a Gogi peoples. In fact, I peg the Lydians and their Mysian ancestors as a Gogi and Meshech/Mushki peoples respectively.
In Ezekiel's day, the Meshech lived in and around Batumi, and while I confidently identify the Meshech as the ancient Amazons, the Gogi were the Amazon allies called "Gargarians." In myth, they were the one-eyed Gorgons, the very foundation of north-western Europeans (i.e. Germanic tribes) as well as the Moscovite Russians. Gorgons are also the foundation of Freemasonry, and in fact both Paris and York were named by Gorgons, and the Statue of Liberty in New York, a gift of French Freemasons to the Freemason founders of America, is a depiction of Artemis, the Amazo-Gorgon twin sister of Apollo that was likewise portrayed holding a torch. Artemis was likely a depiction of the major Amazon city, Themiscyra.
After tracing the Biblical dragon to mythical Ladon (strictly depicting the Ladon river in Greece), it shocked me to realize that Osama bin Laden evoked that entity. End Update
