IRAQ UPDATES
February 5 - 6, 2009

It's Hard to Pick a Title Before the Update is Written

February 5

The headline, Al-Qaida leader backs Syrian revolt against Assad, wherein "Ayman al-Zawahri...urged Syrians not to rely on the West or Arab governments in their uprising to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad."
http://www.jpost.com/MiddleEast/Article.aspx?id=257463

Zawahiri is a co-founder with Osama bin-Laden of Al-Qaeda.

Obama now has the ability to punish Netanyahu in the headline, "If US cuts aid to Egypt, we'll alter Israel peace deal" Obama wanted to see the Muslin Brotherhood lead Egypt, and to his great satisfaction, it has become a super reality. "Senior Muslim Brotherhood official Essam El-Erian tells 'Al Hayat' if the US cuts aid to Egypt, it would be violation of 1979 peace accords; poll finds 7 in 10 Egyptians want to cut off US assistance." Will Obama cut it???
http://www.jpost.com/MiddleEast/Article.aspx?id=257553

The question is how the Egyptian military will hang on to some form of power under the restraining belts of this scenario. The problem for prophetic fulfillment is that Egypt does not have a king at present whom the anti-Christ can invade. Daniel 11, starting at verse 25, says that the "king of the south" will muster a great army against southward intrusions by the anti-Christ. I cannot see such a scenario with an anti-Israel Muslim Brotherhood acting as the Egyptian king of the south. Does this predict that the Egyptian military will turn on the Brotherhood, ignore the election results, and prop up it's own "king." Or, will the Brotherhood turn Western-friendly, as it somewhat seems to be propmising, and betray anti-Israelis? The near future should reveal.

If something doesn't happen soon, I'll need to toss out all my Iraq chapters, and replace them with large question marks, or perhaps still silence. As it is now, some editing is required for the parts suggesting that Osama bin Laden would become the "ruler of a covenant," mentioned earlier in Daniel 11.

My premise was that the leader of al-Qaeda seemed to be the ruler of the covenant because al-Qaeda seemed like one of two entities broken by the verse-22 army, which army I peggged as the American-coalition onslaught of George Bush. Zawahiri, an al-Qaead co-founder, might be that ruler of the covenant, however. The criteria in Daniel 11 for this ruler is that he falls alongside an onslaught into an end-time neo-Seleucid kingdom, and arises again in league with an anti-Christ acting as his group's savior. Seleucids started out in Babylon, some 20 miles from Baghdad, and ended up ruling Syria too.

Zawahiri, born in Egypt, was, last I heard, a proponent of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood. It makes great sense at present, therefore, that something other than the Brotherhood should rule Egypt while the anti-Christ invades it. If the Brotherhood gets in, I'd probably lose all hope of seeing the last seven years begin anytime soon.

I believe the following report:

"Vera Putina, 82, has claimed [Vladimir Putin] is the child she gave away at the age of ten, giving an account of an unhappy childhood which is fiercely disputed by the Kremlin.

...Records in the archives of Metekhi's closest town, Caspi, indicate that a Vladmir Putin was registered at Metekhi school, 1959-1960, stated nationality: Georgian.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/3568891/Could-this-woman-be-Vladimir-Putins-real-mother.html

In a chapter of mine, I had written:

Metekhi is where Vera lived. It's an area in T'bilisi (ancient Tubal), roughly the bull's eye of the ancient land of Gog. But I was delightfully stunned, in light of the topic at the end of the previous update, when I read this:
"Tbilisi is one of the few places in the world (Sarajevo and Paramaribo being another) where a synagogue and a mosque are located next to each other, in the ancient Bath district several hundred meters from the Metekhi Church."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tbilisi

Before discovering Vera Putin, I had been considering a trace of "Putin" to Georgian Bat stock (which was the topic at the end of the previous update). As the city of Batumi was also called "Bathys," is it a coincidence that Putin grew up in/near the Bath district of T'bilisi??? Could that district have been named after peoples from Bathys? Could the Baath party somehow be related?

...In his biography, Vladimir says that his parents were the Russians, Maria Ivanovna Putina, a factory worker, and Vladimir Spiridonovich Putin (both died before 2000). However, Vera claims that she abandoned her 10-year old son to her parents in Russia (her father was a Putin, presumably), who then gave him away to others...

As I was wondering whether to believe Vera's story, I was convinced when I read this:

"The Russian journalist and media magnate, Artyom Borovik, was on his way to Kiev when his private plane crashed. Allegedly, he was on the point of publishing the story about Mrs Putina.

The Italian journalist, Antonio Russo, electronically transmitted footage of Mrs Putina to Italy shortly before he was shot dead near Tbilisi."

...Vera said that "Mr Putin's father was a Russian mechanic, Platon Privalov, who got her pregnant while married to another woman. She claims her son, nicknamed 'Vova' was born on October 7, 1950, exactly two years before Mr Putin's official birth date." If Putin is end-time Gog, both those who predict a Georgian, and those who predict a Russian, will be correct. Putin has the position to become head of Europe, as I expect Gog must...

I find that idea exremely difficult at this time. There were sufficient years since that was written to make such a scenario viable, but Obama's reset button has become more a siren than a song. It is so difficult to envision a Gog of any sort on the European throne -- aside from Rothschilds -- that I may throw myself on a Rothschild-Antichrist view.

From that perspective, the Muslim Brotherhood gains Egypt and threatens Israel. Rothschilds come to the rescue, and they defeat the Muslim Brotherhood in war. Rothchilds (i.e. probably with a Nato / American army) then threaten the right-wingers (Netanyahu is one) in Israel who wish to hold to the Ancient Promise, which is to say the so-called "holy covenant" in Daniel 11. The right wingers will not compromise Jerusalem, as Europe wishes. When the right wingers do not submit, Rothschilds order an invasion of Jerusalem, and Israel's military flees, causing the Israeli populations to largely abandon the city. Desolation. God then finds His opportunity to enter the situation while the Rothschild armies are in His trap.

In this picture, the take-over of Iraq's richest provinces by Rothschilds has already taken place. And the take-over of Syria / Damascus by Rothschilds can be considered underway as we speak. In fact, American forces in Mosul did come to a deal/alliance with the Baathists who fell in the Bush war, and it may also be truer than we realize that Rothschilds have made similar deals with al-Qaeda. As we see right now, the al-Qaeda leader is supporting the civil war against the Syrian regime. It may have been as much as years ago that Rothschilds made Mosul their launch pad for war into Syria, though we knew few details of what happening.

Whether this picture will be the prophectic reality can be gauged by what happens in Egypt. Until there is a major war in Egypt from attackers in Israel, I don't think the last seven years can be deemed arrived. I don't see how we can fail to identify the anti-Christ when he defeats Egypt in war.

In Iraq, the Anbar situation is still developing a hot spot:

""In a palatial house replete with guns, flags and other manifestations of tribal power, America's key ally in the once volatile Anbar province explained what he would do if the counting of votes in Saturday's election failed to show his party was the victor.

'We will form the government of Anbar, anyway,' vowed Ahmed Abu Risha, his voice dipping to a quiet growl.

...'An honest dictatorship is better than a democracy won through fraud,' Abu Risha said.

Here, in the cradle of the Sunni insurgency, tribal leaders nurtured and empowered by the United States appear ready to take control the old-fashioned way -- with guns and money -- if their political ambitions are frustrated.

http://www.courant.com/news/nationworld/hc-iraq0205.artfeb05,0,1931788.story?track=rss

Although Anbar is not Mosul, the warfare in Anbar could be matched in it because Mosul's Kurds are predicted to take up arms when they hear word of losing the election. While the official word for Anbar is now said to be weeks away, the preliminary numbers for Mosul is expected imminently. The Sunni winners expected in Mosul are not the same brand of Sunni in Anbar: "'We thought the big Sunni power would be the Awakening, but Al Hadba could be the new rising star,' says one Western official monitoring the elections." I don't expect violence between Hadba in Mosul and the Awakening in Anbar. The two are more likely to coordinate fighters.

There's an article today appearing to show Russian support for the United States. It says that Russia is holding it's hand out to Obama to help him form a friendship with Ahmadinejad. Yet the closing of the American base in Kyrzykstan is the result of Russia's buying the Kyrgyz president's loyalty, as the article below states. In other words, the Putin team has not only refused to entertain the anti-Afghan military of the U.S. onto Russian territory, but doesn't want the same military on Kyrgyz soil, meaning that Russians are for all practical purposes opposed to the Afghan operation now directed by Obama. How then can that Russian hand held out to Obama be anything but an attempt to strengthen the Russian hand? The bottom line: talks between Obama and Iran will strengthen the Russian hand because it gives Iran time and breathing room to finish its Russia-supported plans.
http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2009-02-05-base-vote_N.htm

The mere transition of power in the United States is a precious waste of time as far as Bush's anti-terrorist mission is concerned, but the Obama agenda to form talking relationships with terrorists can only hand them much more time and therefore seems like the nails in Israel's coffin. There has not been a golden opportunity, since Bush's invasion, for Russia to move into the Iraqi sphere of influence. I've been waiting for this time for some years, and here we are, the Baathists on the rise, and the Americans on the stage exit. How can Gog not be eyeing a foothold in Baathist Iraq?

American soldiers have been directed to move into Anbar, but election results may go better in Mosul so that American troops may not be needed there. It's possible, in other words, for Gog to arise in Mosul as part of the political landscape, perhaps even a peaceful one. I opened another email last night of the one who had earlier said that I was "all over the map" with identifying Gog. I knew by the rest of the email that the statement was not meant negatively. I did not mention it here to convey to readers that I had viewed it negatively. I was using the same phrase because they were a bang-on description of the reality...which is to my mild chagrin. Some of the email I read last night needs to be shared, because I very much appreciate the one who wrote it:

Hi again John,

Please don't think I was being critical of you! Far from it...it was meant for consolation and consolidarity. I read every single day the updates unless I'm kept from my computer (which isn't often!).

I have a question for you regarding Feb.3 updates. If both the "right" and the "left" of our political system are the illuminati, why would the demoncrats want to try George W. and Cheney?

Seems to me, many times, that the "right" and the "left" are just alternating powers to keep control of the people for the aim of their goals, polarizing us for the simple cathartic effect of dumbing us down to the real intention and agenda. Like giving us two football teams--or two gladiators to root for. In essence, they are one and the same...

Thank you. It can't be true that all Democrats or Republicans are linked to the dark globalists. Secondly, they must have their schisms too, and I don't imagine that they have only two. Their schisms are always evolving, with agents moving from one to another depending on what the main decisions are at the top. I have no mean handle on identifying who in particular these agents are. There are many writers in Internet land striving to identify the individuals, but I frankly don't know which writers to believe.

There is little doubt in my mind that globalists of rival political stripes play off of each other with antagonism for the purpose of forming a controversy; that formation is the requirement for securing their common goals. But they must also have major differences resulting in serious political conflict. I don't think I know the political camp into which the House of Rothschild tends to fall, and likely they have agents in both camps so that they can use either one when needed. With a single term or surname by which I try to nail down the difference between Democrats and Republicans, I use "Rhodes" and "Bohemian Grove" respectively, but these descriptions may be too simple to express the reality.

The main topic here is not the Illuminati, but surviving their skincode. It's enough if the material here has convinced you that an Illuminati group is now controlling the United States, whereas under Bush there may have been some doubts. Certainly, those who opposed Bush with great and corrosive zeal were not faking antagonism, but were truly in opposition to the methods of his agenda (though not necessarily opposed to the agenda). They now find themselves in power, and so new methods are on the horizon: making friendships globally...which seems tailored to bring on a global skincode.

You know that I won't be adding humor to these updates when the skincode makes its debut. When Gog appears in Iraq, I might still feel a sense of calm, though I'll naturally be directing readers to start acting. Make up your mind not to fear to the point of acting wrongly. When you make your decisions on how to act, give them some time for God to direct you differently if it needs be.

I love you all, but I'm not capable of making the decisions for you, for I am not in the frame of mind to think that I have the answers for everyone. I am not here to become the leader of a tribulation movement; you are your own leader, with your own family and/or friends. I'm here to alert to the right timing, to give what I think is good advice, to warn against bad moves, and the like. I covet your advice and recommendations in chapter form that I can add to the book for the benefit of others. I can't do it all. If you want to voice what you feel is important, I will publish it for you, unless I strongly disagree.

I feel satisfied that all the work in tracing the dragon cult is paying off with relevance to the major national players today. I was worried that the Ladon hunt might have ended up largely as a waste of time. I think there's more that the hunt can do in revealing the underlying situation today, and I can't wait to "fall upon" more.

Just found an explanation of the Arms of Rhodes University at webpage below. We read: "The [red] lion and two thistles were taken from the coat of arms granted posthumously to Cecil John Rhodes. The references to Cecil Rhodes arise out of his estate's role in establishing the university." The other symbols in the Arms belong to the Graham surname first found in Lothian. The webpage explains.
http://www.geocities.com/bona_spes/uni/RhodesU.html

If you then follow the "Graham of Fintry" link, you'll see a Graham Arms that includes the rake design in black and gold (the colors of Flanders) as well as the Scot-Fleming border (called a "double tressure"). Some Flemings of Flanders moved to Lothian, remember, including the Bill-Clinton bloodline(s). The article says that the border "distinguishes the royal arms of Scotland from those of the early Scottish kings' kinsmen, the early Earls of Fife..." It would therefore seem certain that Fleming blood made it to the Scottish throne, and was counted as the supreme bloodline. Tracing the Flemings further back therefore becomes important.

Where the article says that the scallop shells are "symbols of pilgrimage," it verifies that they were symbols of Templarism i.e. the pilgrimage to Jerusalem. I fully discount the tradition that the shells depict James the apostle of Jesus, but might rather identify them as the James' who were Stewart kings of Scotland...who eventually put forth James I of England.
http://uk.geocities.com/skildsoom/GrahamE.html

You can verify at houseofnames.com that the Graham Coat is identical to the Montrose Coat, the latter surname after the location of Montrose, north of the Firth of Forth in lands to the south of the ancient Leslie domains of Aberdeen. Acting as some evidence that Montrose connects with the Rhodes surname, Wikipedia writes: "The name Montrose probably stems from 'Mouth Hrossay' due to the location at the outlets of the River Esk near Rossie Island..." Compare "Hrossay" to "Rothesay" = Bute!! Note the uncommon "Hros" spelling that was found in Caucasia, though Erethlyn (Wales) has a "Rhos" location.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montrose,_Angus

The "Duke of Montrose" link at the Graham webpage exposes the three roses of the Montrose clan, if that helps to make the Rosicrucian connection, and likely a connection to the Scottish Rose clan...smack beside the Ross clan at Ross-Moray. The German Rose Coat looks like a connection to Montrose; houseofnames.com says that this German surname was first found in Silesia (west Poland)...smack beside Lusatia and Lesna (= Upper Lusatia) from which I trace the stock of Scottish Leslies. As Lusatia is "Luzyca," in Polish, it appears that the old "Slazko" river that named Silesia was a Laz-named river. Wikipedia is out to lunch when defining/deriving "Luzica" from the Sorbian word for swamp or waterhole. This was the Laz dragon cult living amongst the Garebites (from Jerusalem) known at that time as Sorbs and later Serbs.

"The first documentary evidence of the existence of Montrose is the burgh charter issued by David I." This David was the one who build Haly Rod (or "Holyrood") House for his mother, queen Margaret; the monument was likely unto Margaret's mother, Agatha, likely of Varangian-Rus blood as per Margaret's exile in Kiev. I had suspected that the Rodham name somehow linked to Haly Rod, and so now look, and know that this is new material discovered as I write: I followed the Angus link on the Montrose webpage (Wikipedia) and found the Arms of Angus to include the same symbol found on the English Rodham Coat!!

The Angus Arms also uses the Leslie design (three diagonal horseshoes) that I had traced to the horseshoe of Podkowa Lesna (central Poland east of Silesia). The horseshoes are placed on top of the Scottish Stewart design of blue and white squares/checks. Above the horseshoes, and beside the Rodham symbol, is the Rhodes red lion shared also by the English Stewarts. Beside the horseshoes are the three white stars on blue of the Murray clan (named after Moray) that made it to the American flag. The crowned red heart is the Douglas symbol (crowns depict royalty).

Whew, I get it. When Cecil Rhodes (19th century) came around to stress his bloodline for global control, for which he formed Rhodes scholarships and other means, he was probably stressing some of these other surnames to which he was attached, and which had made it to royalty. The Ross Coat uses the reverse color scheme of the Rhodes red lion. It looks as though the Rose and Ross bloodlines trace back to the Varangians of Kiev...who from the 9th century onward went on to found Moscow with Rod-worshiping Slav Rus. I assume that Varangians also worshiped Rod at that time.

Remember, the Ross clan was anciently styled, "Clan Rosich, Na Gille Andras" (Clan Rosich, children of Andrew), likely referring to children of both king Andrew I of Hungary and the Varangian Rus, as for example the first Drummond was the son of this Andrew with his Varangian wife (Andrew also had a Varangian mother). I have no doubt that the Scottish flag (a white saltire cross on blue), called Andrew's Cross, is linked, not to Jesus' disciple by that name, as claimed, but to Andrew I of Hungary. The white on blue are the colors of the German Drummond Coat, and I believe that the Ross clan was founded by early Drummond stock.

If you go to the Rod webpage below you will see Rod symbols that centrally include the Avar swastika (that Wikipedia once displayed). The article says that Rod "Comes out of the Egg bringing Fire," evoking the flames under the phoenix in the Graham Arms
http://www.ancient-bulgaria.com/2006/09/11/slavic-god-rod/

Forgive me for going on, but I've got to jot this down somewhere for those who can use the information, and in the meantime some readers here may be interested further. The horseshoes in the Angus Arms above don't match the Leslie colors, but that doesn't mean a Leslie link isn't made. In the course of this exercise I found that the Scottish Fury/Furey surname traces to the Frank Fer surname using the Stewart checks (i.e. the Stewarts trace to that Fer surname), for the Scottish Furey Coat used three blue horseshoes across a gold bar on a red background, the design and colors essentially of the Portuguese Fer Coat! It can't be a coincidence because "Fer" and "Furey" are so similar. This is fantastic for me because I have always wanted to precisely trace the Veres to Scotland!!
http://www.furey.info/fureynet/coat_of_arms.htm

Keep in mind here that I link the Fer surname of France to the Vere surname of Normandy, itself tracing to the Evreux/Abreu term that was the Aphrodite cult...that gave gold-lion-on-red symbol to Normandy. Recalling that the Abreu surname was first in Padova (Venetia), where I had also traced the proto-Leslie surname, let me now share that the Silesians were Vandals/Wends, known to trace back to the Veneti. I'll bet, therefore, that if the House of Windsor traces to the Wends, this Padova family now under discussion was central in importance.

Now behold, the same webpage (found just minutes ago) showing the Scottish Furey Coat also shows a Irish Fury Coat with three gold horseshoes on red, the colors seen in the horseshoe symbol in Arms of Angus (!!) that is placed over the blue and white Stewart/Fer checks! Moreover, the leader of the dragon cult today, Nicholas de Vere, claims that Veres trace back to Angles, and there we likely have the Angles of his bloodline as the founders of Angus. Also, Nicholas said that Veres trace to Picts, and Picts did in fact live in what became Angus.

Remember, Veres became the rulers of Oxford for centuries beginning in early, Templar times, and the Rhodes Illuminati was connected hard-core to Oxford. The trace to the Veres of Avranches and Evreux suggest that the Illuminati was of the Eburo branch Hebrews. Nicholas de Vere traced his Scot side, which he describes as mythical/legendary "Milouziana," to Avalon = Bute, and indeed the Veres of Normandy lived in Manche, a possible variation of "Manx," the peoples of the Isle of Man near Bute.

I now suspect that Milouziana or Melusine (symbol = magic rings) is depicted by the ring in the Ross Coat, and that the Scottish Melrose/Melross surname is a good candidate for identifying her in the real world. Note that this surname was first in Roxburghshire (or "Rosbrog"), likely named after a Ros(s) entity. I might trace the Melrose and Rosbrog terms to children of Melissena (a real person) and Inger the Varangian Rus.

In my Ladon book, I suggested that Melissena's father, Theophylactus Rangabe, was the root of the Fulks of Anjou (France, around Angers)", and indeed Nicholas de Vere claimed that the blood of Milouziana of Scotland moved to, and ruled, Anjou. Moreover, I suspect that "Rangabe/Rhangavis" was root to "Anjevin," an inhabitant of Anjou. Now see the Italian Fulk Coat using the Fer blue and white checks! The Italian Coat assures that the German Fulk surname is related; it was first found in Prussia (think Luzica). Perfect, for I identify Melusine's mother, Pressina, as code for Prussia. Melusine herself was from Lusignan, however, in France just south of Anjou.

My conclusion is that the Melissena and Inger bloodline moved to Roxburghshire and/or Angus as Veres/Fers proper because a Vere stock (by another name) had been there previously as the Angles who named Angers/Anjou. These Fers became the Fur(e)y surname of Angus. They were of Leslie stock from both Lusignan and/or Luzyca (= Lusatia), and of Drummond stock (compare German Drummond Coat with Lusignan Arms). It can't be a coincidence that Lusignan's other symbol is a red lion on white, the symbol also of Angus, the Rhodes surname, and the Stewart surname, among others.

About two hours after writing all the above on Angus, I found evidence that the founder of the Baath party (Syria) was of a stock of Rus/Rhodes blood from Angus. I was dumbfounded. It's the topic of tomorrow's update.

February 5

I have to admit, I did something very foolish. In recent Iraq updates, I tied the Middle-East Baathists to the Rhodes cult, and in particular to the Batumi line to Bute, without first checking to see what the going line is concerning the derivation of "Baath." After writing the last bits of yesterday's update, I thought to check Wikipedia's article, where I learned that the term means "resurrection." I felt that I was in trouble, but not trusting Wikipedia's derivations for terms, I clung for the time being to the possibility that "Baath" was chosen to represent the party because it traced to a special group of people by that name, or something similar.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%27ath_Party

The natural thing to do was to see where the founder of the group led back to. His name was given at the article as Michael Aflaq, "born in Damascus to a middle class Greek Orthodox Christian family...He then went to university at the Sorbonne in Paris, where he first developed his Arab nationalist ideals, eventually attempting to combine socialism with the vision of a Pan-Arab nation."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michel_Aflaq

Two lights came on. One, Sorbonne university, a term that could trace to the Sorbs, and then back to the Harpasus river, Caucasia, beside the Bats. Two, Aflaq was a socialist, as were the Rhodes peoples. A third light could be in the location of the Sorbonne University: France. It brings Aflaq deeply into the European domain, and my question was: why?

Before looking further into his background, I checked to see if his Aflaq surname would turn up at houseofnames.com, and I just couldn't believe what I saw and read when I tried "Aflack." Only the Scottish Aflack/Afleck Coat came up, which was exactly what was needed. I gawked at a waveless version of the Sinclair cross, which was used in the Rhodes Coat. But in the description, it says that the Aflech surname was from Angus!!

I had never in all my work on tracing the dragon cult been led to emphasize Angus until yesterday, and here the co-founder of the Baathists seems to have had kin in Angus, exactly where the Rhodes family of Rothesay=Bute peoples were stationed at one point.

Aflaq met the other co-founder of the Baath organization at Sorbonne University. As his name was Salah ad-Din al-Bitar, his surname was possibly the reason for choosing the Ba'th name. At the Wikipedia article on al-Bitar, we find that the Iraqi historian, Hanna Batatu, wrote about al-Bitar. Hmm. Then I find that Batatu was born in Jerusalem. Hmm. Then I find that "Batatu started studying Iraqi history in the 1950s, taking a particular interest in the revolutionary movements which were then prominent in that country and especially in the Iraqi Communist Party" (italics mine).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanna_Batatu

I was just about to give up this topic for the night, when I decided to check for any info on the Bitar name. I found that it was featured on Western surname sites, so I rushed to houseofnames.com, typed in the surname, and reacted loudly with amazement a few times when I saw the same black cross as on the Afleck Coat! Plus, the Bitar surname was first found in Fife and Perth, very close to Angus. I thought that there could be no doubt about it, that both founders of the Baath party to which Saddam belonged were connected to the Sinclair fold, and likely the Rhodes fold, of northern Scotland.

Then I found that the Bitar Coat page did not give "Bitar" as a variation of the name, but rather gave variations of "Butter"...possible forms of "Bute," by the way. It's a toss-up at this time, in other words, as to whether the al-Biter Muslim bloodline of Damascus traces back to the Butter family of surnames. Yet, I'm inclined to think so simply because it would be a cosmic-sized coincidence for both names, Aflack and Bitar, when typed in at houseofnames.com, to show the same shield and symbol.

However, the problem is compounded where I read further that the Butter surname goes back to the Picts. How could a Pict bloodline trace to the Sunni-Muslim family of the al-Bitars? Possibly, the Pict Butter family married into a Sinclair family, and afterward one from that line married into a Muslim family so as to end up in Damascus. That both al-Bitar and Aflaq used the same Coat can explain why both men were born in the Midan district of Damascus, and also why both men went to Sorbonne, and why also both men's fathers were grain merchants.

Assuming that the Baathists were named after al-Bitar, and that his name does trace to the Butter family of names, a connection to Bute is very feasible. Never in my wildest dreams did I think to find such good evidence for the Baath connection to Bute...that initially came to my mind just days ago.

Zzzz...

Good morning. Found an article saying that preliminary results are in for Moslem's Nineveh province: "The Sunni al-Hadba bloc won 48.4 percent of the votes cast in the provincial election while the main Kurdish group got 25.5 percent, according to preliminary results." Remember Ayad Allawi mentioned earlier (Feb. 4 update), who was the first-installed leader of the New Iraq? Now read: "[Al-Hadba's] leading member Atheel al-Najafi is brother of Usama al-Nujaifi who is part of the Iraqi National List led by former Iraqi Prime Minister, Ayad Allawi." Allawi could be nothing, but I thought I should mention this. I had shared that Allawi "has been a strong critic of U.S. post-invasion policies that hurt former Baathists and others who worked in Saddam Hussein's government." Allawi's party has itself won a province betweem Baghdad and Mosul.

I neglected to say last night that al-Bitar became the prime minister of Syria in 1963 after a Ba'th coup. He was soon-after forced to flee Syria, and lived his exile in France rather than in a Muslim nation. France was the place where Marxism was born as a stem of Weishaupt's Bavarian Illuminati. In the Bavarian Arms, we see the Franconian Rake. Coincidence, or does the rake design in the Graham Arms connect with it? beside the Franconian Rake is the black lion (on gold) of Flanders, and below the rake are the three Hohen lions (of the particular Hohen family that was connected to Flanders).
http://lexicorient.com/e.o/bitar_s.htm

It begins to look as though Flemings of Flanders, as they moved to Scotland, ended up in Angus too. It's known that Flemings settled in Lothian, where Sinclairs officiated (i.e. at Roslin), but as the black-cross Aflech and Bitar surnames were found in Angus and its environs, it seems that Sinclair blood moved from Lothian to Angus. It's too early to say just yet that the two founders of the Baath party were from the Angus region, for their black cross may have belonged to Sinclair stock from another region. In fact, the Sinclairs may have received their cross in the first place by marrying into a family that first owned the non-wavy black cross.

I came to believe that Stewarts were in Britain (under another name) before the 1066-invasion of William (the Conqueror) Clare, as an Anglo-Saxon peoples. In fact, I figured that they were on Bute, which explains the Butler surname (having similar meaning with "steward.") Again, see that both the Irish and German Butler Coats use the rake design, as does the Welsh Bude Coat. Note the bow in the Bude Crest, for the Bitar Crest uses a bow. Likely, this was a symbol of the "Strongbow" Clares (who operated in Welsh-border areas), possibly explaining how the Bitar Picts came to enter the Sinclair fold. The red hearts in the Bitar Coat should trace to Danes and/or the Douglas clan.

This connection between proto-Stewarts on Bute and Picts of the Angus region is a perfect match with what Nicholas de Vere claims, that proto-Anjou Veres were at one time royal Picts but also connected to Avalon and to the Stewart bloodline. In short, proto-Stewart blood on Bute was foundational to two (of three) founders of the Baath party. The Bitar surname has since found its way into the Palestinian fold.

The Stewart dragon symbol, which should be the Veres green dragon, may be on the Scottish Lindsey Crest, the Coat of which uses the Scottish Stewart symbol. This does not necessarily mean that prophecy-writer Hal Lindsey was made great because he had help from Stewart-dragon elements, but the thought has occurred to me. The surname could possibly have been in honor of Lindos on Rhodes. Hal Lindsey has been a major pusher of the (false) pre-tribulation rapture doctrine. Note on the Vere Arms above the Murray stars (depicting Moray) that are placed centrally.

I root the Bavarian Arms to Biharia (Transylvania), the root of the royal Hungarians (as depicted by the Franconian Rake used also by king Stephen of Hungary. I have traced (but not yet explained) the Rollo-viking Claros (of More) to the same Mures river on which the founders of Hungary lived. As per the Flanders symbols on the Bavarian Arms, it is not likely a coincidence that Flemings of Flanders came to Scotland with the Biggar surname, smacking of "Biharia." As I trace the Cohen surname to the Hebrews of Biharia, it should explain why red-Cohen branch, the Hohens, became involved in Flanders.

Thus, the Bitar surname may have been a variation of "Bithar," which may once have been a variation of "Bihar." That is, the proto-Stewarts of Bute may have been from Biharia, which then supports my trace of the Claros vikings back to Biharia (since the Bitar Coat smacks of Sinclair kinship). In particular, I trace Hungarian Arpads to the Khazar named, Menumorat (see webpage below), which as you can see is perfect term for naming the More region in which the Claros Vikings ruled (before founding Normandy). Menumorat was the grandson of "Morut (...Slovak: Moravec)," smacking of the Merovee-based (also "Merovech") Merovingians.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menumorut

It can't be a coincidence that the Arms of Bahrain (i.e. similar to "Biharia") also use a red and white rake symbol, thus tending to prove that the Franconian Rake traces to Biharia...and that likely "Bavaria" also traces there. Bahrain was anciently Dilmun, the island from which Ishtar was personally said to originate, though her cult likely traces earlier yet to the Delymites of Cadusia.

Biharia (or "Bihor") was smack south of the city of Oradea, a location that I trace to the proto-Russians of Arados/Arpad (Syria). I didn't trace Rollo's Norwegian side to Transylvania, but only his father's side. His father is popularly given as Ragnvald, jarl of More, but even if he was not Rollo's father, but only a close relative, I would still trace the family to the upper Mures river. For while I had found the More link to the Mures (or "Maros," similar to "Marot") a year or two ago, waiting in the meantime for more evidence, I just learned the following today:

"According to Dudo of St. Quentin (writing early 11th century)...Rollo and [his brother] Gurim were sons of a man who held many lands in 'Dacia'...Dudo later refers to duke Richard I [of the Rollo line] as being related to a 'king of Dacia' named Haigrold [i.e. Harold]..."

http://sbaldw.home.mindspring.com/hproject/prov/rollo000.htm

The Mures river was a part if Dacia!

My clue in tracing Rollo to the Mures river was the city of Reghin, on that river due east of Biharia, as it smacks of "Ragn(vald)," but the similarity between More and Mures clinched it. Now I have the above evidence from Dudo that it's absolutely true. See map of the Mures region, and zoom in to the east of Oradea to find Reghin. The Reagan surname comes to mind.

I'll bet by boat that "Viking" derives from "Biggar" elements. "Rollo" itself was a variation of "Rudolph," and "Rotlo" was also used in ancient writings, evoking the Rodham surname. Note the black-cross symbol (on white) in the Clinton Coat (possibly linked to black-on-white the Sinclair Cross). See the same black-cross (on white) symbol in the Kennedy Coat, which surname I tend to trace to the Heneti Paphlagonians (indeed, I showed in my Ladon book that Paplagonians/Babenburgs typically use black and white for many of their symbols). Now see the dolphin in the Kennedy Crest as the only Reagan Coat symbol.

It's very likely that the Rollo family was connected to the Varangian Rus of Kiev, for these Rus had spread to Red Rus Galicia, a region not far north of Biharia. In my previous search, it began to appear that the Rollo family was itself Arpad (from the Arpii/Carpae Thracians who named the Carpathians), though I traced the chicken symbol in the Sinclair Crest to the Galli (a Latin term) namers of Galicia, for a chicken to the Latins is a "galina."

Amazingly, the son of George the first Drummond (of royal Hungarian-Rus blood) was Maurice, though I read once that he was "Marot de Yorvik," a name likely linking back to the Marots of the Mures and Biharia regions. The name George itself should link back to Georgia if indeed George's bloodline founded the Ross clan at Moray, especially if the Rus bloodline in his mother was from Hros elements in Georgia. Note that "Bahrain" can modify to "Bagrain," evoking the Bagratid Georgians. In fact, I traced the Biharians to the Bagratids in my earlier work, thereby explaining the Hebrew elements in the Rollo vikings.

How is the above relevant to the Bute-based Baathists of Saddam Hussein?

"Research places the probable residence of the [Hungarian] Arpads an early place of central power near what became Budapest."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest

Buda was on one side of the Danube, and Pest on the other. Buda was likely the root of Bute, thus explaining why the Welsh Bude Coat and Butler Coats use the rake design used also by the Arpad king, Stephen. Thus, the Bitar surname, which in a search at houseofnames.com brings up the black cross (on white) of the Butter Coat, as well as the red heart of the Danish flag (Rollo was said to be a Dane), likely traces to Arpads of Buda...meaning also that Baathists were founded by deer-depicted Arpads. As for the similarity between "Bitar" and "Bihar," it's likely coincidental, as I would now trace "Biharia" to Bagratid/Bagravand elements. Remember, too, that on Bahrain is the location of Arad, also called "Arvad/Arpad."

It's feasible that the Marots of Biharia founded the Marot surname, especially as the Arpad symbol, red and white horizontal bars (seen in the Hungarian Arms), is reflected by the black and gold horizontal bars of the English Marot Coat. As the Marot surname was first found in Leicestershire, it has just helped to discover the roots of the Rodham surname, for the Arms of Leicester City Council centrally uses a (single) petal used on the English Rodham Coat. The Wikipedia webpage then led to the finding that Leicester was smack beside Rutland, first mentioned as "Roteland."

The Rutland Arms use a horseshoe as symbol, expected if indeed the Leslies of Podkowa Lesna came to Britain in waves that saw the Drummonds arrive as well. If George Drummond's bloodline founded the Ross clan in Scotland, the same bloodline likely founded Roteland...if indeed Rutland's gold horseshoe on blue-green connects with the gold Leslie horseshoes on blue, and/or the white on red horseshoe of Podkowa Lesna">horseshoe of Podkowa Lesna. Moreover, when I was tracing the Leslies of Lusatia to Britain, I found that they merged with the Milton/Melton surname, which now seems conspicuous as the county of Melton is beside Rutland county.

The wyvern dragon in the Crest of the Leicester Arms may even be the Leslie green dragon, but certainly it's the same dragon species as the Vere dragon (i.e. known to be a wyvern). A wyvern dragon has no front feet, but rather the wings act as the fore-limbs. This is evocative of a bat, and perhaps for the reason of linking to the Bat-Georgian bloodline...which I think George Drummond linked to. In fact, I think the British flag's cross, named "George," was symbol for the royal Georgian Bagratid Templars. It certainly makes sense that, if the Scottish cross, named Andrew, linked to Andrew I of Hungary, George's Cross of England (red and white) could link to Andrew's son, George Drummond. It would then translate to being a big secret (until now).

If I recall correctly, the Melton surname was connected to the Seatons. Recalling that Bill Clinton's real father was a Blythe, and that the Blythe Coat is quite apparently connected to the Seaton Coat, is it a coincidence that there is a village of Seaton in the Rutland county? If it's not a coincidence, it would appear that Bill married Hillary because the two trace to Rutland. Believing as I do that the Seatons trace back to the stock of Sitten, also "Sion," of Switzerland, and believing that "Dion" is a version of "Sion," see three cresents in the French Dion Coat. Hmm.

I have just made another relevant discovery as a result of finding that Leicester was Ratae Corieltauvorum in Roman times. The discovery proves that the petal symbol in the Rodham Coat was the symbol of Ratae Corieltauvorum. At the sight of that old name, I decided to see what the Cory surname would bring up, and voila! The English Cory Coat uses the same petals in the shield's so-called "chief" (= upper one third of the shield). Plus, this Coat uses a black inverted/saltire cross that may represent kinship to the Sinclair Rus.

The Irish Cory surname includes "Coriell," wherefore it's likewise linked to Ratae Corieltauvorum. Note that the Coat uses the Leslie Crest dragon symbol, and the six-pointed jellyfish-like stars used also by Welsh Bude Crest and the English Butt/Bute Coat

feel free to stop reading at any time if this doesn't interest you, or if it confuses. There is no news today, and as one discovery is leading to another, I must continue to reveal for what it may be worth to anyone. The Wikipedia article on Leicester says that the Arthurian-myth writer, Geoffrey of Monmouth, gave Leicester the code, "Kaerleir," a code by which he connected the locality to mythical king Leir. The article then says that Leicester is to this day, "Caerlyr," to the Welsh, though I would view the root of that term as "Caerl" (i.e. it's clear that it traces to the ancient term, "Coriel(tauvorum)"). The point is, mythical "Leir was supposedly buried by Queen Cordelia..." Knowing that "Cordelia" is myth code for something, I checked it on my ever-open houseofnames.com browser (the only "spy system" I own), and zowie, the Cordel Coat brought up the same dragon-head design as in the Irish Cory/Coriell Coat. In the French Cordel Coat, we find gold crescents on blue, the symbol of the Dion Coat (I'm assuming the latter ties to the Seaton and Blythe crescents).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leicester

Having come to these conclusions, I am also able to trace the founders of Leicester to mythical Leda of Sparta as she developed into the Ligurians. For:

"It is said that the term 'Leicester' is obtained from the phrases 'castra of the Ligore,' which means residents of the 'River Legro.' The Legro River was the original name of Soar River. During the beginning of the 10th century, the city's name was documented as 'Ligeraceaster,' which meant 'city of the Ligor People.' In the Domesday Book, the city's name has been documented as Ledecestre."

http://www.asap.co.uk/info/?s=trelleborg

I was already starting to look at the Ligurian root when the last term, Ledecester, evoked Leda, mother of Castor and Pollux, whom for a long time I traced to the Ligurians...because Leda was made to mate with a swan, while the mythical king of Liguria, Cygnus, was a swan (he is the Swan Constellation to this day). Knowing that Pollux was the Apollo cult in Sparta, and that Leda was Ledo, Apollo's mother, it's quite straight-forward to trace this Spartan house to the Stewarts of Avalon=Bute, especially as the Stewarts use a swan symbol, but also because Stewarts were Alans on one side, likely depicted by "Helen" (of Troy), Leda's daughter.

Knowing that Sithones were a tribe of Edoni(ans), I was able to identify the mythical Edoni king, Lycurgus, as code for Ligurians, for mythical Sthenelus was made a king of Liguria. That is, Sthenelus depicted the Sithones of Thrace removed to Liguria. "Kyknus" was made the son of Sthenelus, and because his name sounded like "cygnus," the Latin for "swan," Liguria got the swan symbol. Apparently, Leda mated with the Edones when she mated with a swan.

Savona (capital of Liguria) seems conspicuous as the representation of the swan symbol, but in any case Tacitus cited a "Sitone" peoples of Gotaland (Sweden) who lived next to the "Sviones," no doubt from Sthenelus-depicted Sithones in Savona.

At the webpage below, the swan constellation is placed beside what looks like a lyre, and who knows by that king Leir/Lyr was code for the lyre symbol (Apollo's symbol).
http://www.constellationsofwords.com/Constellations/Cygnus.html

My point should be obvious by now: Seatons/Setons trace back to Sithones of Liguria, explaining why Seaton symbols, and a village of Seaton, were associated with Leicester. Moreover, now that I know Leicester's early name of "Ligor/Liger," it seems a shut case to connect the place to Ligurians. But the point must not rest there, for I had traced an African tribe (Luhya/Luyia) -- related the Luo tribe of Obama -- to Ligurians. Plus, I had traced the Kikuyu tribe (situated beside the Luhya today) to the Kikons (beside the Sithones and Edoni of Thrace), which I feel were depicted by "Kyknus" himself. How amazing is this starting to shape up now that Obama rules with Hillary as his globalist partner? It might not be so bad if Obama didn't want to be the Master of the Universe.

I've got to go on, for this all leads back to the Hungarian Arpads if it's true that king Leir depicts the lyre symbol of Apollo, which was the symbol of Hermes first, but placed (by myth writers) into the affections of mythical Orpheus. I had traced "Orpheus" to the Arphaxadites of Carpae realms (= Arpad stock) for good reasons. One, "He was a son of the Thracian river god Oiagros" (or "Oegrus"), who seems like code for the Ugrians. The Hungarians are known to trace to Finno-Ugrics! Moreover, Orpheus "was born in the Rhodope Mountains of Thrace (now partly in Bulgaria), king of the Thracian tribe of Cicones"!!! That's the Kikones, of course.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orpheus

Another piece of evidence that Orpheus depicted the Garebites of the Rhodope and Carpathian mountains is that, to resurrect his wife, "Orpheus played his lyre to put the guardian of Hades, Cerberus, to sleep." Why "Cerberus," evoking the Serbs and Hrv/Krv-ites = Croats?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurydice

Apollo was made the father of Orpheus as well, suggesting that Apollo depicted the Ugrics. Meanwhile, Cerberus was a multi-headed dog, even as Apollo was symbolized as a wolf. In short, I traced Apollo to the Dacians, named after the Aryan "dahae" term meaning "dog" that in Caucasia was the root of "Dage(stan)." In myth, Apollo gave his lyre to Orpheus, and his lyre, or harp, depicted the Arpii/Carpae, or just simply Orpheus himself.

As evidence that Orpheus traces to the Aras river and its Harpasus tributary, Orpheus' father (Oegrus) "ruled over the Edonian kingdom in the region of Mygdonia. He is sometimes called the son of Ares, but other times Charops is mentioned as his father, which explains his inheritance of the throne." Charops? Isn't that yet another harp term depicting an Arphaxadite people? Surely, with Ares and Charops both being fathers, the Harpasus and the Aras rivers are reflected well. In the real world, I figured that Charops of Thrace became the Carpae to the east of the Carpathians. I would therefore identify him as the middle ground between the Arpad-of-Syria to Arpad-of-Hungary evolution.

The Legor river was modified to "Leir", which is how king-Leir was made to fit into Leicester. But the king-Lir of Ireland seems to connect because, at Wikipedia's webpage, he is pictured next to swans...who are his children. Again, this traces the Lir code to Cycnus of Liguria. As I identify the swan as the Savone capital, I figured that these peoples traced back to lake Sevan in Armenia, the site of the Aras river and Gogarene.

The Welsh king Lyre was made the son of Bran, supposedly from the Welsh for "crow." In another language, Latin/Italian I think, a crow is "corvus," perhaps too much like "Sorb" to be ignored. In English, the crow family is called "corvine." In Greek, a crow is "koronis," while "korak" is a raven...of the corvine family. The latter, "korak," is very close to "Cork," where in Ireland the Cory/Coriell surname was found...that ties back to Ratae Corieltauvorum, the Roman name for Leicester. In other words, the corv/crow may have become a mythical symbol for Sorbian and Krvati branches of Arphaxadites that ended up in Leicester. See how "raven" evokes the root of "Hrvati = the Croats.

In myth, Apollo is said to have created crows from white birds (in my opinion, Arphaxadites were symbolized by the mythical birds called "Harpies"). It sounds as though there was a dark Sorb/Croat branch, which may trace back to Africa. I can't recall the Egyptian god that applies well to Sorbs, but I recall theorizing a Sorbs trace to Sarpedon, brother of Minos (on Crete, from the Zeus line of Tyre). Myth traces Sarpedon from Crete to Lycia, where he ruled, and especially to Miletus, which is the city that the Irish claim as their ancestry. The Irish say that their Miletian ancestors came through Egypt. Hmm, was that a portion of the Luyia tribe of Africa entering Lycia??? I believe that "Egypt" was named after Crete's early name, Caphtor.

Miletus was in Caria, next to Lycia. Note how "Caria" reflects "Cory" very well! Caria was continental Rhodes. I identified (whether rightly or wrongly I'm not sure) the Carian fold as Cronus, the father of Zeus. In the Apollo-crow myth, there is a "Coronis" that Wikipedia identifies as the crow itself:

"Coronis ("crow" or "raven"), daughter of Phlegyas, King of the Lapiths, was one of Apollo's lovers."

Coronis was the daughter of King Coronaeus of Phocis, she fled from Poseidon and was changed into a crow by Athena. (brackets not mine).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronis_(Greek_mythology)

In other words, two peoples encoded as Coronis were depicted as crows. Peoples of Phocis (i.e. Phocaeans) are known to have co-founded, with Egyptians as per mythical Gyptis, a peoples at Marseille at the mouth of the Rhodanus river. The peoples founded may have been the Ligurians or a tribe thereof. The other crow line, from Phlegyas, looks interesting as a possible root of the Luhya/Luyia. I had noticed that, in Kenya, tribes would be prefixed with a couple of letters, such as "Ab." For example, the Luhya term was also "Abaluhya," very close to "Phlegyas."

Phlegyas was made the father of Ixion, the latter term being code for Zion in my opinion, and representing the Centaurs of the Kidron valley at Jerusalem, as per the Centaurs in Kendron/Kedron in Greece. The mythical Lapiths over which Phlegyas ruled were one of the hardest peoples for me to identify, but finally I found them on Lesbos...the very island into which Orpheus and his lyre were located after his "death" in Thrace. Ixion was the brother of Coronis=crow, you see. Compare "corvus" with "Orpheus."

Sarpedon was given the brother, Rhadamanthus, whose first syllable smacks of Ratae Corieltauvorum. Is this the root of Rutland/Roteland and therefore of Rodham?
